Prior to Lombard Odier, Alex spent 2 years at BNY Mellon in Hong Kong as Head of Investment and Product for their separately managed account platform. At Credit Suisse he spent 23 years where he held a variety of roles. 2010 to 2013 he was Global Head of International Locations for their Multi-Asset Class Solutions business based in Switzerland. From 2006-2010 he was based in their Singapore office where he was Head of Asia-Pacific/Middle East for Discretionary Mandates and Portfolio Management. From 2000 to 2005 he was located in Zurich and was Head of the Investment Management Team for European Equities. He joined Credit Suisse in 1990 in the Foreign Exchange Department where he built up his investment expertise and broadened his know-how in relationship management, investment consulting and portfolio management.
Alex holds a diploma as a Certified European Financial Analyst and a diploma as a Financial Planner.
