Pradeep Pant has over 25 years of work experience in senior positions in Consumer banking & FMCG businesses. Prior to joining ANZ Taiwan, he was with Citibank and has worked in several Asia Pacific countries including India, Taiwan, Singapore, and Thailand. Pradeep is passionate about technology, especially use of digital technology in transformation of wealth management. He has led several WM initiatives founded on use of technology to transform business models.

ANZ Taiwan has won the prestigious Global Finance magazine's award for best Digital Bank in Taiwan for 4 years consecutively (2012-15) & several recognitions for wealth management. More recently, ANZ Taiwan received the Excellence Magazine Award for the Best International WM Bank in Taiwan.

David Varley is Chief High Net Worth Officer at Sun Life Financial in Hong Kong. He specializes in HNW and Ultra HNW Planning and Insurance Structuring solutions for clients and families in Asia. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with an Honors in Management, and a thesis in Innovation – from Melbourne University. Previously he was Head of HNW for Asia for AXA, and Head of International Business for Aviva.

Twenty years of experience in two foreign banks and 15 years in several local major bank has built up a strong expertise for financial consultancy.

Jeson’s banking career started in Bank of America’s IT operation function for eight years and secondly in ABN AMRO from spot trading to treasury marketing and financial markets derivatives for 12 years. Then he took a dared move to accept a job offer in a local bank to upgrade and to diversify the bank’s profit with value-added financial products from then mainly traditional loan. The knowledge he learned from foreign banks have successfully developed a strong straight-through processing treasury pilot platform for local banks in financial markets. The masterpieces such as in TaipeiFubon Bank, ING Taipei, First Commercial Bank, YuanTa Commercial Bank and Entie Commercial. In addition to treasury, Jeson also enhanced his exposure with roles as head of corporate banking and bank director at YuanTa Commercial Bank, and promoted wealth management financial products as a product provider in Entie Commercial Bank.

Wenlin Juang is the Head of Market Development, North Asia responsible for driving key growth strategies within Financial & Risks at Thomson Reuters. She joined the company in 2007 as the Business Manager for Pricing & Reference Services, a flagship data solution for fund managers, custodian banks and fund administrators in the mid and back office.

Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Wenlin build the account team focusing on fund management sector at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong and she also held key positions in sales and investment management at various Wall Street firms in both New York and Asia.

Wenlin has an Executive MBA degree from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University in the United States.

Anny joined UBS in 2008, responsible for providing wealth planning advisory services, and related product development, such as trusts.

Prior to joining UBS, Anny worked for 12 years at Deloitte, one of Taiwan's four major accounting firms. Her experiences include multinational investment planning, family wealth heritage consulting services, and related laws advisory services.
 
Anny has a bachelor degree in Economics from National Taiwan University.

Dennis Ko is the Head of Investment Products and Services at UBS Wealth Management, Taiwan. He joined UBS in June 2011 and is currently focused on bringing UBS' world leading wealth management & private banking products and services to clients and the financial services industry in Taiwan. Prior to UBS, he worked at Citigroup Corporate Investment Bank for 18 years. He was the Head of Trading and the Head of Exotic & Cross Market  Trading/Structuring at Citibank’s Taipei branch.  Between 2010 and April 2011, he was delegated to work as the senior consultant for China Guangfa Bank. He is an active committee member of Amcham/ECCT's Banking Committee, Taiwan Banking Association's Risk Committee, as well as Taipei Forex Development Foundation's working committee. He graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in civil engineering. He also has a MBA degree from Purdue University, Indiana, USA.
