We were delighted to host our 3rd annual event for the independent wealth management community in Asia, in Singapore in March.
Please mark the date of our 2016 event in your diary now – Thursday 10th March.
Around 250 people attended – including senior management at leading independent wealth managers, family offices and other relevant organisations. They explored the reality of the Asian opportunity for independent wealth management.
Many thanks again to those people who participated in and attended the event, and especially to our sponsors. Thank you for your support.
With the number of independent firms of varying types and business models in the region still relatively small, yet with a growing need to service the business and personal investment aspirations of HNW and UHNW individuals and families – we brought together key market participants to discuss and debate the potential for independent firms to be more successful.
They also looked at the various challenges: clear definitions of each type of organisation; clarity over fee models; attracting more competent and experienced advisers from private banks and elsewhere to grow their businesses; and creating appealing investment prospects for Asian families.
